Job Description

Licensed Therapist sought for a full-time, benefited role in a nonprofit organization dedicated to integrating behavioral health into primary care settings.

Under supervision, you will conduct assessments, deliver brief evidence-based interventions, provide psychoeducation, and coordinate care within a collaborative team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities include diagnostic evaluations, implementing measurement-based care, participating in interdisciplinary consultations, and maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications include an active California license (LMFT, LCSW, PhD, PsyD), 2+ years of clinical experience (preferred), and Spanish fluency (preferred). Experience in integrated or primary care, familiarity with evidence-based modalities, and strong teamwork skills are desired.
