Job Description

Join a Level 1 Trauma Center in Buffalo, NY, as a *Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician* in a full-time role.

Work alongside a team of four providers in a comprehensive rehab program with dedicated therapies and CARF accreditation.

Lead the CARF-accredited Medical Rehabilitation Unit and Outpatient Clinic, collaborating with admission screeners to identify suitable patients.

Manage approximately 10 inpatients, developing individualized, patient-centered care plans in partnership with the rehab team.

Contribute to quality improvement activities and have outpatient clinic opportunities.

Influence departmental vision and program development.

Schedule includes flexible hours, day, evening, and on-call shifts, Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed.

Qualifications: MD or DO, BC/BE in PM&R, with relocation assistance provided.

Compensation ranges from $260K to $370K annually, with benefits such as health and retirement plans, PTO, CME allowance, malpractice insurance, loan repayment, and more.

Work involves in-person duties in Buffalo, NY, with options for full- or part-time schedules.
