Seeking a Board-Certified or Eligible Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician for an immediate full-time role in Colorado Springs, CO.

  • Provide comprehensive medical care across skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living settings.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and ensure quality documentation.
  • Offer Medical Directorship services with opportunities for additional roles and bonuses.
  • Participate in care coordination, quality improvement, and professional development.
  • Minimal weekend and holiday call; no night shifts.
