Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a leading pain management practice with two locations and a surgery center in Medford, OR.

Provide comprehensive chronic pain care, including diagnosis, treatment, medication management, and interventional procedures.

Order and interpret diagnostic tests, educate patients, and develop personalized treatment plans.

Maintain licensing, adhere to safety protocols, and practice in compliance with regulations.

Work in a collaborative environment with no nights or weekends, rotating call schedule.

Requirements: Active OR license, DEA, 1+ years experience preferred, EMR proficiency (EPIC), and certification as NP or PA.
