Job Description
The Physician provides and manages direct patient care for a designated population under indirect supervision, primarily on-site during regular hours and emergencies, including pandemics.
Offers physical exams, evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments, including prescribing medications and referring patients to specialists.
Supervises medical students and residents, and may oversee daily operations of specific programs or units.
Coordinates care with nursing and support staff, adheres to policies, safety, and quality standards.
Participates in health promotion and education activities as appropriate.
Completes a monthly on-call rotation, with potential virtual service duties following telehealth policies.
Performs additional duties as assigned, with periodic review of responsibilities.
This full-time role offers a salary range of $200,000-$350,000 annually, with benefits including 401(k) matching, insurance options, paid time off, and requires relocation to Carrollton, KY before starting. The work schedule involves an 8-hour shift, in person.
