Job Description
Seeking a full-time Speech Therapist in the Rehab department to evaluate and treat pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients with speech, language, and swallowing needs in an outpatient setting.
The role involves assessing patient needs, developing individualized, measurable treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy to promote independence. Collaboration with healthcare team members, documentation, and supervision of students are essential duties.
Required skills include excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Candidates must have a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, a Certificate of Clinical Competency, licensure (temporary allowed), and BLS certification. Experience with pediatrics, adolescents, and adults is preferred.
Physical ability to stand, sit, and assist with patient movement is necessary. The position offers $39.00-$45.00/hour, with an 8-hour shift schedule, in an in-person setting.
