Job Description
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Clinical (LCSW-C) provides professional therapy, crisis intervention, and community resource coordination to patients and families.
Conducts culturally sensitive assessments, develops treatment plans, and delivers therapy and crisis services. Documents clinical data per regulations and supports school system collaborations. Ensures compliance with standards, maintains credentials, and participates in quality improvement. Builds internal and external relationships with staff, vendors, and community resources. Upholds professional conduct, ethics, and organizational policies. Participates in team meetings, peer reviews, and on-call duties. Requirements: Master’s in social work, Maryland LCSW-C license, 3+ years healthcare experience.
Compensation: $65,000-$75,000/year plus benefits.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, in-person in Princess Anne, MD.
