Preventing, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders as ordered by physicians. Providing skilled assessments and developing individualized treatment plans to enhance independence. Implementing augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems for clients with severe expressive or comprehension challenges. Training clients, families, caregivers, and professionals, and collaborating on diagnostic procedures like MBSS and FEES. Supervising students, licensees, and support staff according to regulations.
