Seeking a Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a skilled nursing facility in Scottsbluff, NE. The role involves

  • Preventing, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders as ordered by physicians.
  • Providing skilled assessments and developing individualized treatment plans to enhance independence.
  • Implementing augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems for clients with severe expressive or comprehension challenges.
  • Training clients, families, caregivers, and professionals, and collaborating on diagnostic procedures like MBSS and FEES.
  • Supervising students, licensees, and support staff according to regulations.

  • Knowledge of current practices and regulations in nursing care facilities.
