Job Description

Seeking a Board Certified/Eligible, Fellowship-Trained Pain Management Physician in Paducah, KY, for a rapidly expanding interventional pain practice.

Part-time options considered; relocation allowance offered.

Ideal candidates have training in PM+R or Anesthesiology, with skills in cervical, thoracic, lumbar injections, radiofrequency ablations, and willingness to learn procedures like spinal cord stimulator trials and kyphoplasty.

Responsibilities include comprehensive outpatient pain management, patient-centered care, and supervising ARNPs. No inpatient or on-call duties.

Compensation starts at $375,000/year with a competitive guarantee, transitioning to a productivity-based model with no cap. Benefits include malpractice, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications include a medical degree, residency, pain fellowship, Kentucky license, DEA, BLS/ACLS. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication, teamwork, and ethical standards.
