Job Description

Seeking a Primary Therapist to provide person-centered addiction treatment in a safe, supportive environment.

*Responsibilities include conducting initial assessments, ongoing evaluations, and collaborating with team members such as the Medical Director and therapists.*

*Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Social Services/Sciences or related field, with at least two years of therapy experience; valid Washington State licensure (Oregon licensure a plus); LMHP, LICSW, or MFT certification; strong communication skills; commitment to confidentiality; and a drug-free status.*

*Offerings include a full-time schedule, competitive salary ($60,000-$90,000), and benefits such as 401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and professional development.*

*Work involves in-person interactions with flexibility for on-call hours.*
