This full-time, nocturnist Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) position at St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio, offers an opportunity to provide inpatient Neuro Critical Care services in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.


  • Conduct comprehensive shift handoffs and collaborate with neurology residents and multidisciplinary teams to manage overnight NCC cases.
  • Evaluate neurosurgery consults from the Emergency Department and partner with on-call physicians for complex decisions.
  • Participate in teaching and mentoring neurology residents, coordinating care across Neurosurgery, Stroke, and Neurology departments.

    • Qualified candidates must hold Ohio licensure, relevant certifications, BLS and ACLS, and have at least 2 years of clinical experience.
