Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate passionate about providing quality, patient-centered care in a facility-based setting.

Enjoy a low patient caseload, autonomy, and a flexible schedule with no on-call or after-hours duties, allowing you to build meaningful patient relationships and make a real difference.

Work alongside a multidisciplinary team in post-acute, long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, or memory care environments.
