Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Wound Care/Home Health team in Ellensburg, WA.
Provide wound assessments, manage acute and chronic wounds, perform dressing changes, and medically necessary debridement. Participate in weekly bedside wound rounds with treatment nurses and establish care plans within facility protocols. Conduct Home Health visits as needed. Must have experience in wound care, skilled nursing facilities, and be comfortable working independently. Current Washington license and relevant certifications required. Benefits include health/dental insurance, flexible schedule, and paid time off. The role offers a salary of $150,000–$180,000/year, with day shifts, on-call, and weekend work as needed.
