Job Description
The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) provides diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services to students with speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders.
Conduct assessments to identify communication disorders. Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for eligible students. Deliver direct therapy in individual or group settings. Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to support communication needs. Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress. Participate in IEP, multidisciplinary, and parent meetings. Train staff and families on speech and language strategies. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Engage in ongoing professional development. This full-time role offers an annual salary of $60,000–$80,000 and requires a Master’s degree. The position is in-person.
