Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Internal Medicine Physician to work at one of our three California locations: Victorville, San Jacinto, or Rancho Mirage.
Responsibilities include:
Providing pain management through medications and patient education within a transdisciplinary biopsychosocial model
Collaborating with a team of behavioral health, physical therapy, massage, acupuncture, and dietary professionals
Maintaining detailed medical records, supervising staff, and participating in quality improvement initiatives
Participating in patient and staff education, internal audits, peer review, and meetings
Ensuring high-quality care and meeting productivity and performance standards
Providing after-hours on-call support on a rotating schedule
Qualifications:
Current California MD or DO license, board-certified in Internal Medicine
Valid Federal Controlled Substance Registration
CPR certification through the American Heart Association
Pain management experience preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits:
$250,000 – $300,000 annually
6 weeks’ paid vacation, health/dental/vision insurance, holidays, 401k, life insurance
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm, with rotating weekend on-call
