Mental Health Therapist

Job Description

Join our outpatient team as a full-time, exempt Mental Health Therapist in Sequim and Port Angeles, WA, earning $70,000-$90,000 annually (DOE/DOQ).

Provide individual, family, and group therapy tailored to clients’ needs and cultural backgrounds.

Conduct assessments, develop measurable treatment plans, and monitor progress.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality in compliance with regulations.

Collaborate with colleagues and community partners.

Qualifications: Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field, with experience working with serious mental illness. Knowledge of DSM, evidence-based practices, and recovery-oriented care. Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred: 2+ years’ experience and WA independent license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT).

Additional: Ability to pass background check, drug test, and provide vaccination proof. Must relocate before starting.
