Job Description
The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant provides comprehensive medical and surgical care, including diagnosis, treatment, medication management, and patient education.
Practices within legal and regulatory guidelines, collaborating with healthcare teams and functioning independently when appropriate.
Performs assessments, interprets diagnostics, and manages acute and chronic conditions across various settings.
Develops and evaluates care plans, promotes health, and prevents illness through patient counseling and education.
Maintains accurate, confidential records and contributes to research, education, and quality improvement efforts.
Requires 2-3 years of experience, valid Texas APN or PA license, Master’s degree, and BLS certification. The role is full-time, 5 days a week, 8 hours daily.
