Clinical Supervisor (RN) PCU / Full-Time

Job Description

The Clinical Supervisor collaborates with Nursing Leadership to oversee shift operations and ensure nursing care quality and safety.

They utilize human resource and budget principles to guide daily nursing services, support patient and family-centered care through interdisciplinary teamwork, and supervise nursing staff.

Responsibilities include coaching employees, providing patient care when needed, and modeling professionalism and excellence.

Requirements: Graduate of an accredited Nursing program, BSN preferred, valid RN license in New Mexico, current BLS, ACLS (within 6 months), and other certifications as applicable.

Skills & Experience: Knowledge of age-appropriate care, preferred 3+ years relevant experience, capable of handling emergency situations, and working irregular hours.

Environment & Physical Demands: Exposure to infectious diseases, unpredictable situations, and need for physical endurance, manual dexterity, and good body mechanics.
