Job Description

Seeking a part-time Attending Physician in Bluefield, VA, two days/week to lead care for the geriatric population in post-acute and long-term settings.

Responsibilities include overseeing Nurse Practitioners, diagnosing and treating illnesses, prescribing medications, completing patient histories, and ensuring timely documentation via EMR.

Typical hours: 8-9 AM start, 3-4 PM end. Offers autonomy, flexible schedule, competitive pay ($150-$170/hr), malpractice coverage, EMR tools, and career growth.

Qualifications: MD or DO, Board Certified in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Hospitalist, or General Practice.
