Job Description

Seeking an experienced LPC or LCSW Clinical Director to lead mental health services in a group home setting.

Oversee clinical operations ensuring compliance with standards and best practices.

Supervise clinical staff and promote a collaborative team environment.

Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, including CBT and PTSD care.

Conduct patient assessments tailored to individual needs.

Maintain accurate documentation following organizational policies.

Requirements: Valid Arkansas LPC or LCSW license, clinical experience, strong therapeutic knowledge, excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.

This full-time role offers $80,000-$90,000 annually, paid time off, and requires in-person work in Mountainburg, AR, with relocation before start.
