Job Description

We are seeking a Part-Time Clinical Manager – RN to provide flexible leadership and oversight of nursing staff, focusing on behavioral health medication management for Medicaid patients in a home health setting.

  • Support staff through orientation, mentoring, and supervision, including participation in on-call rotations.
  • Perform patient visits, review care plans, and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
  • Assist the Full-Time Clinical Manager to ensure smooth operations and continuity of care.

    • Qualifications include an RN license, preferably with home health or behavioral health experience, and knowledge of Medicaid and OASIS documentation.
