Job Description

The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing high-quality, cost-effective patient care and supporting the nursing department’s operational, financial, and clinical goals.

  • Supervises daily nursing activities, ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
  • Assists in analyzing, planning, implementing, and evaluating department processes and programs.
  • Contributes to strategic planning and fosters an environment of continuous improvement.
  • Monitors patient outcomes, quality metrics, and staff performance, providing feedback and development opportunities.
  • Coordinates with other departments to meet safety, quality, and service excellence standards.

    • Requirements include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred), 2+ years of clinical experience, previous supervisory or management experience, and BLS certification. The role involves working full-time, five 8-hour days.
