Job Description

We are seeking a *Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor* in Albuquerque, NM, to oversee clinical operations, supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high-quality care.

  • Provide clinical supervision to licensed and unlicensed staff
  • Oversee treatment planning, documentation, and quality assurance
  • Support staff development and participate in hiring and training
  • Conduct clinical audits and contribute to quality improvement
  • Maintain a small client caseload, modeling best practices
  • Collaborate on service expansion and evidence-based practices
  • Represent the organization professionally in community settings

    • Qualifications include a master’s degree, NM licensure (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or equivalent), and clinical supervisor eligibility. At least 3 years of clinical experience and knowledge of Medicaid regulations are required. Preferred certifications include CBT, EMDR, or DBT, and supervisory experience.
