Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Therapist to serve as Head of Service, providing clinical oversight, supervision, and quality assurance for a mental health team working with youth and families.

Responsibilities include direct supervision, treatment planning, crisis intervention, case coordination, and ensuring documentation compliance with licensing and regulatory standards. The role involves providing individual, family, and group therapy, supporting staff in assessments, and monitoring program quality.

Requirements:

California licensure (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW)

Minimum 2 years supervisory experience preferred

Experience with high-risk youth, trauma-informed care, and community-based treatment

Availability for evenings and crisis response

Valid CA driver’s license

Ability to work in Lancaster, CA, with relocation preferred
