Job Description

Full-Time School-Based Therapists provide mental health services within elementary schools, including therapy, consultation, crisis support, and coordination with school staff. Compensation ranges from $30-$45/hour, with eligibility for productivity bonuses and comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, vision insurance, PTO, and professional development support.

Benefits include a $1,000 sign-on bonus, annual CEU funds, supervision for licensure, referral bonuses, mentoring programs, cell phone reimbursement, and agency awards.
