Intensive Family Preservation Therapist

Job Description

Seeking applicants in the Lexington to North Platte region for a counseling role supporting children and families.

Conduct in-home, trauma-informed counseling and case coordination with a limited caseload.

Perform family assessments, develop therapeutic goals, and manage case documentation.

Provide crisis consultation and maintain positive relationships with community agencies.

Develop discharge summaries and adhere to organizational policies.

Qualifications: Master’s in Mental Health Counseling or Social Work; licensed or in progress (LMHP, PLMHP, LCSW); trauma experience preferred; bilingual in Spanish-English a plus.
