Job Description

Join a regional neonatal care team as a *Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)*, providing advanced, compassionate care across Level III and Level IV NICUs in California’s Central Valley.

  • Serve as an expert clinician, educator, and advocate for a defined neonatal patient population.
  • Collaborate with neonatologists under the medical model, following established protocols.
  • Work primarily at a Level III NICU with opportunities to rotate through Level IV and other NICUs.
  • Support a large perinatal program with access to pediatric subspecialists and comprehensive NICU resources.
  • Ideal candidates have 5+ years NICU experience or are new graduates with relevant credentials.
  • Require Master’s in Nursing, active California RN and NP licenses, and certifications in BLS, NRP, and national NP certification.
