Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to oversee daily clinical operations within our Behavioral Health Counseling Services.

Provide individual therapy and assessment services in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Develop and monitor patient treatment plans, ensuring progress and proper documentation.

Collaborate with healthcare providers and community agencies to deliver holistic care.

Participate in departmental meetings and quality improvement initiatives.

Maintain clinical excellence through trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and ethical standards.

Qualifications include: a degree in Clinical Social Work, current LCSW license in Texas, and relevant clinical experience. Skills in documentation, communication, critical thinking, and understanding regulations are essential.
