Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) Critical Care / Full-time

Job Description

Responsible for daily operations of the Critical Care Unit, Telemetry, including staff scheduling, orientation, and training to ensure best practices. Develops and implements strategies to meet productivity, engagement, financial, quality, and patient satisfaction goals within the CV Service Line. Establishes communication infrastructure with physicians and staff and collaborates with clinical leadership to enhance service lines. Requires RN licensure, BSN preferred, with 5+ years clinical experience and 2+ years in management. Demonstrates strong clinical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and works in a fast-paced, potentially high-stress environment. Supports organizational mission, strategic goals, and performance improvement initiatives.
