Position: Clinician III – Open Access

As an Open Access Clinician, you’ll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, manage cases, and assist clients with risk evaluation and resources. You’ll serve as the first point of contact, collaborating with community partners and providing high-quality, compassionate care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments for various age groups
• Provide case management and treatment planning
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Participate in team and case meetings
• Collaborate with community agencies
• Perform other related duties

Qualifications:

• Master’s in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field
• Colorado clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) and CAC II or above
• Experience with multidisciplinary teams
• Computer proficiency and valid Colorado driver’s license
