Job Description

The Clinical Supervisor provides expert assessment, treatment, and supervision of mental health services for youth and families in community, home, school, or residential settings.

  • Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Lead evidence-based clinical interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy.
  • Collaborate with community and mental health providers, and facilitate referrals.
  • Ensure documentation compliance and support staff through supervision, training, and consultation.
  • Maintain program standards, support continuous improvement, and oversee clinical practices.
  • Provide leadership by aligning organizational goals, managing staff, and ensuring policy adherence.

    • Requirements include a Master’s degree, at least 5 years of clinical experience, and active NYS licensure in relevant mental health disciplines. The role involves on-call responsibilities for youth programs, travel, and physical demands such as lifting and mobility. Salary ranges from $60,500 to $88,000, depending on experience.
