Job Description

The Nursing Manager oversees nursing staff at multiple locations, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care in a professional environment.

They manage staffing schedules, assist with hiring and termination, and may serve as a dosing nurse when needed.

Responsibilities include maintaining medication management processes, ensuring regulatory compliance (DEA, CARF, state), and overseeing patient records and reporting.

They facilitate staff training, implement protocol updates, and support employee development.

Qualifications include being a licensed LPN or RN in New Mexico, with 1-2 years of supervisory experience and 1-3 years in behavioral health or substance use disorders. Experience in opioid treatment programs is preferred.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with cultural competence, are essential. Travel to clinics in various locations is required.
