Job Description

The Supervisor Registered Nurse Clinic oversees daily clinic operations, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective patient care and efficient workflows.

  • Provides leadership in staffing, supervision, staff development, and team mentorship to promote a positive work environment.
  • Monitors patient outcomes, implements quality improvement initiatives, and ensures compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
  • Collaborates with departments to meet safety, service, and organizational goals, while managing resources and budgets effectively.
  • Communicates effectively, maintains confidentiality, and upholds ethical standards.
  • Requires RN license, BLS certification, 4-6 years of clinical experience, and 2 years of leadership experience preferred. The role is full-time, working 5 days a week, 8 hours daily.
