RN, Registered Nurse Clinic Lead – Cardiology Cath

Job Description

Summary:

Oversees and coordinates daily clinical operations across multiple clinics with various providers, providing leadership to clinical staff and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Offers professional nursing care to patients in collaboration with providers, working independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• Graduate of a Registered Nursing program; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting
• At least 1 year of experience managing clinical units; healthcare management experience preferred
• Valid RN license in good standing; BLS certification
• Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills
