Primary Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Primary Therapist to join our compassionate team, working with justice-involved clients in a comprehensive substance use program.

Establish positive relationships with clients, staff, and medical professionals.

Provide group and individual therapy, supporting all aspects of the 12-steps.

Document clinical interactions using our electronic records system, meet deadlines, and participate in supervision.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of behavioral health experience, a relevant degree, and a passion for addiction recovery.

Requirements: pass a drug screen, obtain fingerprint clearance (preferred), and be willing to work at Prescott and/or Prescott Valley locations. Experience with justice-involved populations is a plus.

Benefits include: health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, flexible schedule, and a full-time salary of $45,000-$50,000.
