We seek a compassionate Physician to provide comprehensive assessments, diagnose, treat, and perform procedures, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, prescribing treatments, educating patients, maintaining records, and staying current with medical advancements.

Qualifications include MD/DO, Oregon medical license, and board eligibility/certification in Internal or Family Medicine. Strong clinical skills, communication, and teamwork are essential.
