Job Description
Seeking full-time outpatient behavioral health therapists with a master’s degree and active Pennsylvania licensure (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) to join a growing FQHC practice in Mansfield, PA.
Provide individual and family counseling to diverse patients, including children, teens, and adults, working closely with a multidisciplinary team. Deliver services Monday-Friday at various health center sites, with one extended-hour day per week. Must have strong behavioral health knowledge, evidence-based treatment skills, and experience with holistic, interdisciplinary care and clinical pathways.
