  • Responsibilities include screening and evaluating patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, developing and providing appropriate treatment plans, and assessing treatment outcomes.
  • Provide counseling to patients and families, document services per regulatory standards, and maintain comprehensive patient records.
  • Qualifications: Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
