Seeking full-time and part-time Physicians (Internists, Physiatrists, Hospitalists, Geriatricians) for in-person, on-site roles in Eugene, OR.

Position offers a salary range of $200,000 – $265,000 annually + performance bonuses, with flexible schedules (3-5 days/week, per diem, contractor).

Specializes in post-hospitalization and geriatric care within skilled nursing facilities across Oregon and Washington.
