Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner for a full-time role in our interventional pain management practice, working primarily in Clifton Park and Queensbury with a flexible schedule of 9 days per pay period.
Qualifications include an active NP license, strong clinical and communication skills, and interest in pain management or regenerative medicine; neuro or ortho experience is a plus but training is provided. Responsibilities involve patient assessment, diagnostic testing, documenting care, performing simple procedures, and counseling patients on wellness and pain management. Collaboration with physicians and ongoing professional development are essential. Position offers benefits such as 401(k), health and dental insurance, paid time off, flexible schedule, and a sign-on bonus of $3,000 at 6 months and 1 year. Travel requirement is approximately 25%.
