Job Description

Seeking a Clinical Therapist to join a Mobile Response Stabilization Services team serving Fulton, Henry, Defiance, and Williams Counties. This full-time role offers flexible scheduling, no productivity targets, and a starting salary of $64,000–$72,000 based on licensure, along with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

  • Provide mobile crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, short-term therapy, and care coordination in the community.
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, deliver evidence-based psychotherapy, and collaborate with team members.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and educate clients and families on mental health.
  • Qualifications include a degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field, valid Ohio licensure, and strong assessment and communication skills.
