Job Description

We are seeking a Part-Time Clinical Manager – RN to provide leadership and oversight for nursing staff, focusing on behavioral health medication management for Medicaid patients.

  • Assist with staff orientation, mentoring, and onboarding
  • Participate in on-call leadership rotation and perform patient visits as needed
  • Review care plans, ensure documentation compliance, and support quality improvement efforts
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and support team continuity

    • Qualifications include an RN license (BSN preferred), home health or behavioral health experience, and knowledge of Medicaid/OASIS documentation.

    Schedule is flexible, with 20-25 hours weekly, competitive pay, and mileage reimbursement. Benefits are not included.
