Job Description

We are seeking a full-time or part-time Speech Language Pathologist to provide essential communication and swallowing therapy in a long-term care setting.

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat residents with speech, language, and swallowing disorders to improve quality of life.
  • Develop and update individualized treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and coordinate referrals for specialized studies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in continuing education.
  • Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid state licensure, and proficiency in documentation and technology. Previous experience, especially in long-term care, is preferred.
