Job Description
We are seeking a full-time or part-time Speech Language Pathologist to provide essential communication and swallowing therapy in a long-term care setting.
Assess, diagnose, and treat residents with speech, language, and swallowing disorders to improve quality of life.
Develop and update individualized treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and coordinate referrals for specialized studies.
Maintain accurate documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in continuing education.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid state licensure, and proficiency in documentation and technology. Previous experience, especially in long-term care, is preferred.
