Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to oversee resident care at our care center in Shenandoah, IA.

  • Perform comprehensive health assessments and develop individualized, resident-centered care plans.
  • Supervise and coordinate nursing staff, ensuring quality care and adherence to safety, compliance, and privacy standards.
  • Administer medications, IVs, and other treatments following physician orders and regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, educate residents and families, and promote a resident-focused environment.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, support quality improvement initiatives, and maintain a safe, respectful setting.

    • Qualifications include a valid RN license, CPR certification, and preferably experience in skilled nursing or assisted living.
