Responsibilities include:

• Providing comprehensive psychiatric nursing care to patients in a clinical setting
• Monitoring patient mental health status and administering medications as prescribed
• Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educating patients and families about mental health conditions and treatment options
