Job Description

Seeking an experienced LMSW or LPC to provide counseling and therapy services to children with special needs and their families.

Our innovative behavioral clinic offers comprehensive services including assessments, therapy, parent training, speech, occupational therapy, and more, on a dedicated campus.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Implement and monitor therapy programs
  • Complete documentation and billing
  • Provide family and staff counseling
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Train staff and oversee interns

    • Requirements:
  • Master’s/doctoral degree in counseling or social work
  • Active state licensure in Michigan
  • Pediatric experience and autism knowledge
  • Evening/weekend availability
  • Proficiency with EMR and insurance policies
  • Maintain client confidentiality and collaborate effectively
