Job Description

This position is for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a palliative care setting located in Burnsville, NC.

Reports to: CEO and Medical Director.

Responsibilities include collaborating with healthcare teams, developing treatment plans, interpreting diagnoses, managing symptoms of life-limiting conditions, and educating providers on end-of-life issues.

Must work independently, participate in interdisciplinary groups, and adhere to policies and regulations.

Qualifications include a master’s degree (preferred), current NP or PA certification, NC medical license, DEA registration, and at least 2 years of outpatient clinical experience.

Skills needed are strong communication, organization, data analysis, and teamwork.

Physical demands involve effective communication, patient handling, and mobility.

Offering part-time/full-time roles with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and flexible schedules, with a pay rate of $50-$60/hour.

Applicants must be able to commute or relocate to Burnsville and work in-person.
