Job Description

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is responsible for managing daily clinical operations within the Behavioral Health Counseling Services.

  • Provide individual therapy and counseling services.
  • Assess, develop, and monitor patient treatment plans.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and ethical standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with families and agencies.
  • Participate in team meetings and quality improvement processes.
  • Collaborate with RHC providers to deliver comprehensive care.

    • **Qualifications:**
    – Degree in Clinical Social Work and current LCSW license in Texas.
    – Experience in assessments, discharge planning, and trauma-informed care preferred.
    – Strong clinical, documentation, communication, and decision-making skills.
    – Ability to interpret regulations and clinical data.
    – Computer literacy required.
