Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC)

Job Description

Immediate opening for a licensed therapist dedicated to improving mental health outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

Conducting psychosocial assessments and developing patient evaluations

Engaging with family and significant others for education, support, and advocacy

Coordinating with community social and mental health agencies

Facilitating discharge planning and post-discharge follow-up to reduce re-hospitalization

Leading daily patient group sessions

Qualifications:

Unrestricted social work licensure (LMSW or LPC preferred; CSW or PLPC considered)

At least one year of psychiatric experience in a hospital setting (preferred)

Completion of CPR and Crisis Prevention Training within 30 days

Full-time schedule, Monday-Friday with some weekends, in Forrest City, AR; relocation required
