Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner for our wound care facility to provide high-quality patient care.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of various wound types, develop individualized treatment plans, and perform procedures like debridement and dressing changes. Educate patients and families on wound management, prevention, and nutrition. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes and maintain accurate documentation in EHR systems. Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives and monitor patient progress for ongoing care adjustments. Work independently while being a proactive team member, with opportunities for professional growth. Work hours: 20–40 hours/week, full-time or part-time, with a salary of $120,000–$127,000 annually.
